The goal was to identify pain points with traditional banking systems and explore needs related to currency exchange, international transfers, and cross-border spending.

Focused on understanding the financial habits, frustrations, and expectations of modern travelers. Over 20 participants — including remote workers, freelancers, and frequent travelers — were interviewed across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
